Samtec Mist Coolant Guidelines

• Uses the Venturi effect to spray an air & liquid mixture.
• Basic parts include
  1. Stainless steel armoured coolant hose (2 meters standard length, special lengths upon request).
  2. Air hose (2 meters standard length, special lengths upon request).
  3. Spray unit (available in 264, 334, & 479 mm standard lengths, special lengths upon request).
  4. Easily controls both air flow rate and liquid rate.
  5. Pressurized air flows through a Loc-Line flexible hose to a special nozzle.
  6. Nozzle creates a mixture of cold air and fine coolant spray.
  7. Nozzle is adjustable to control the liquid spray amount.
  8. Hose assembly sits on a valve with two inlets (one for air and one for coolant).
  9. Air passes through a shut-off valve with an adjustment feature to regulate air flow.
  10.Valve is connected to a ‘Popeye’ magnet for stability.
